How do I place an order / How do I download an item I have purchased?

1. Click the order button
2. Click Check out button
   
   
3. Enter your contact information and click the continue button.
   
   
4. Verify the information you entered and click the "Send Order" button
   
   
5. If you order includes a downloadable item, press the Download Now button
   
   

After placing your order, a receipt of your purchase will be emailed to you immediatly. Please print this email for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase, please contact our customer service department. Please note that you can always review your order by following the link provided at the end of your confirmation message. If your order includes any downloadable materials, such as the Presence Workbook or the Reflections Collection, the same link will allow you to download the files.
